• How do I order this product?

  You can order by contacting Bionix directly ([email protected] or 800.551.7096) or contacting your distributor of choice.

• What should I do if my SecureVac™ Cushion is damaged within the warranty period?

  You should return the cushion for examination. Bionix will either repair or replace the cushion free of charge if it meets warranty criteria. To return the cushion, please contact Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide your lot number and the original purchase date.

• How do I clean my SecureVac Cushions?

  Do Not use bleach

  Do Not use phenolic based cleaning agents

  Routine care: surface wipe with neutral detergent and lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry thoroughly.

  Disinfection: surface wipe with quaternary solution at the recommended dilution ratios. No phenolic based cleaning agents should be used.

  Consult the IFU for cleaning details.
