We’re committed to making your return process as simple as possible.

If you need to return a product, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800.551.7096, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Returns require an Authorized RA# and must be received within 30 days of approval. Unopened, undamaged products are eligible for return but are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For detailed instructions, please refer to the RA information provided during your call.
