The T-Form SecureVac Box Adapter creates a precise mold, ensuring accurate patient setups.

The T-Form SecureVac Box Adapter (SVRT-6017) is a reusable device intended to be used for the positioning and re-positioning of patients undergoing or receiving a course of external beam radiation therapy for the treatment of cancer and other diseases. The box adapter is radiolucent and offers four points of localization and will create a reliable mold to ensure accurate patient setups.

Indications

The Bionix SecureVac T-Form Box Adapter is indicated for use by a healthcare professional in conjunction with the SecureVac bags during the treatment of cancer and other diseases by use of external beam radiation therapy.

Contraindications

No contraindications have been identified for the use of the T-Form SecureVac Box Adapter.
